1. Definitions

• “Cue Congress”, “we”, “us”: the operator of the Website and seller/licensor of the software.
• “Website”: our website and related online services.
• “Software”: Cue Congress applications and utilities (licensed under the EULA).
• “Subscription”: a time-limited right to use the Software during an active paid term (e.g., annual).

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Purchases, Billing, Renewals

When you purchase a Subscription, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew on an annual basis.

Annual subscription: Your license remains active only while your subscription is paid and current. A “permanent subscription” should be understood as access during the active subscription period, not perpetual ownership.

Taxes/VAT: Prices may be subject to VAT or other taxes depending on your location and status.

License Types

Cue Congress offers different licensing models depending on the product, including:

• Lifetime licenses (one-time fee, perpetual use of the purchased version), and
• Subscription licenses (time-limited access, typically billed annually).

The applicable license type, duration, renewal terms, and included features are displayed at the time of purchase and during checkout. The Software itself is licensed under a separate End‑User License Agreement (EULA) presented during installation/first run.

4. Two‑Device License Disclosure

Each subscription license is intended for one (1) user and permits installation/use of the Software on up to two (2) devices owned or controlled by the same licensee (for example, a desktop and a laptop).

Using one license for more than two devices, or sharing the license with other users, requires additional licenses and may result in suspension. The detailed device counting rules and enforcement terms are defined in the EULA.

5. Delivery and Access

After purchase, we provide access to downloads, license keys, or account-based activation as applicable. You are responsible for ensuring your systems meet the software requirements and for maintaining backups of your data.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
