Subscriptions & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription renews automatically each year. To cancel and stop future renewals:
- Open the receipt email you received from Paddle after your purchase.
- Click the "Manage Subscription" or "Update Payment Details" link in that email.
- On the Paddle customer portal page, click "Cancel Subscription".
- Confirm the cancellation.
Important: Cancellation stops future renewals only. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
What happens after I cancel?
After cancellation, your license continues to work normally until the expiry date shown in your dashboard. Once expired, the software will stop accepting the license key. You can renew at any time by purchasing a new subscription.
I lost my Paddle receipt email. How do I manage my subscription?
Search your inbox for emails from paddle.com or paddle.net. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@cuecongress.com and we will help you.

All Apps Bundle
What is the All Apps Bundle?
The All Apps Bundle is a single annual subscription that gives you access to all 8 CueCongress apps: One Control, PDF2Screen, RoomDrop, CueRemote, Second Screen Player, Slide Timer, Jingle CueStation, and CueLink Pro. It is the most cost-effective way to get all tools in one purchase.
Do I get separate license keys for each app?
Yes. When you purchase the bundle, 8 individual license keys are automatically assigned to your dashboard — one for each app. You activate each key independently in the corresponding app on your computer.
What happens if I cancel the bundle?
Cancellation stops the automatic annual renewal. All 7 app licenses remain active and fully functional until the expiry date shown in your dashboard. After that date, all apps will stop working until the bundle is renewed.
Can I mix bundle and individual licenses?
Yes. You can purchase individual apps separately and the bundle at the same time. Each purchase is tracked independently in your dashboard.
License Keys
How do I activate my license key?
After purchase, your license key is automatically assigned to your account. You can find it in your dashboard. To activate:
- Open the application on your computer.
- Enter your license key when prompted (or in the settings/license section).
- The app will verify and activate your license.
How many devices can I use?
The number of devices depends on your license plan. You can see your device limit in your dashboard on each product card. To use a different device, click "Manage Devices" and remove an existing one first.
I didn't receive my license key email.
If you were logged in during purchase, your license key is automatically assigned to your account. Check your dashboard. If the key is not there, contact us at info@cuecongress.com.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes. See our Refund Policy for full details. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are generally eligible.
