Everything from your licence key to the link your crew opens on site
AV Project runs in a browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create — your licence key is your login.
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.Press Change key in the top menu (or in Settings) to sign out and enter a different key. Nothing is deleted — put the first key back in and everything is there.
A project is one event: a conference, a concert, a wedding, a broadcast. The dashboard lists them all.
Press + New Project and fill in the name, client, venue, date and event type. You can change all of it later.
Use the search box to filter by name, client, venue or event type. Switch between List, Grid and Calendar views with the buttons next to it.
The calendar shows the month with each event on its day. Click the month title to open a grid of all twelve months — with the number of events in each — and arrows to change year. Today brings you back to the current month.
The ⧉ button on a project copies it: rundown, venue details, rooms and links come along, and the copy gets its own share link. Useful for an event that repeats.
The Rundown tab is the running order of the event.
Press + Add Item and fill in the title, start time, duration, department (audio, video, lighting, staging, scenery, speaker, break, general) and notes. The end time is calculated for you.
+ Section Header adds a divider such as "Morning programme". Use the Edit button on its row to rename or delete it.
Drag a row by the ⠿ handle to move it. The new order is saved immediately and appears on the crew link.
Each item has a status button. Click it to cycle Pending → Live → Done. Whatever is Live shows at the top of the crew link with a countdown, and finished items are greyed out.
The Gear tab lists everything the event needs, grouped by category.
The Crew tab is who is working, in what role, and from what time.
On the crew link, phone numbers are buttons: one tap calls the person.
The Venue tab holds everything about the place.
Venue name, address, phone and the venue manager. The address becomes a Map button, so the crew gets directions with one tap.
Four fields the crew always asks about: load-in and access (dock, lift, access hours), power, rigging points and load limits, and Wi-Fi.
Add each room with width, length and height in metres, and capacity in theatre, classroom and banquet layouts. Notes are for floor type, blackout, pillars and the like.
Quick-fill from Venues fills the details and rooms from a venue you have saved. ★ Save to Venues does the opposite: it stores this project's venue and rooms for next time.
The Links tab holds addresses your crew needs: the conference programme, a floor plan, a shared folder with the videos.
https:// — it is added automatically. On the share link they appear as large buttons under Links.
Use the Rooms tab when parts of the event run in parallel and each needs its own programme — a breakout room, a VIP area, a second stage.
Each room gets its own rundown, gear list, crew call sheet and its own share link, so the team in that room sees only what concerns them.
Three lists in the top menu, saved once and reused in every project.
They turn a new project into mostly picking from lists instead of typing.
Press 🖨️ Print inside a project to print the tab you are looking at — the rundown, the gear list or the call sheet — with a venue summary at the top. In the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" to send it by email instead.
One licence costs €49 per year and has no limit on projects, crew or gear.
Settings shows your key and the date it runs until, and lets you change the company name that appears on print-outs.
The key is not tied to a device. Use it on the office computer, on your laptop on site and on your phone.
Nothing is deleted. Your projects stay visible and the share links your crew already have keep working — but you cannot make changes until you renew. Renew on cuecongress.com and the same key starts working again.
