AV Project runs in any browser. You build the rundown, the gear list and the crew call sheet, add the venue with its rooms and dimensions, and send a single link. Your technicians open it on their phone and see the programme, who is on when, which gear goes where, and how to reach the venue — updated live while the show runs.
How It Works
- Buy a licence and copy the key from your CueCongress dashboard.
- Open the app at cuecongress.com/avproject/app/ and paste the key. No account, no password.
- Create a project for the event — client, venue, date and type.
- Fill in the show: rundown items with times and departments, gear list, crew with call times, venue rooms with dimensions, and useful links.
- Share the link with your crew, the client or your speakers — each role sees what it needs.

- Rundown builderItems with start time, duration and auto end time, department colour tags, section headers, drag to reorder, and a live status you cycle through Pending → Live → Done while the show runs.
- Gear listEverything the event needs, grouped by category, with quantities and notes. Fill it in one click from your saved equipment inventory, and assign each item to a room.
- Crew call sheetWho is coming, in what role, at what time, with phone numbers. Pulled from your team directory, sorted by call time, printable, and tappable to call from a phone.
- Venues and roomsAddress, phone, venue manager, load-in and access notes, power, rigging and Wi-Fi — plus every room with width, length, height and capacity per layout.
- Live share linkOne link per project with a built-in QR code. Crew, client and speaker views show different levels of detail, and the page refreshes itself every 15 seconds.
- Built for phonesThe crew view has a fixed bottom bar: Program, Crew, Gear, Rooms, Venue and Links — plus a room-by-room view, tap-to-call numbers and one-tap directions.
- Extra roomsParallel spaces that run their own mini-event: each room gets its own rundown, gear list, crew call and share link.
- Useful linksThe conference programme, a floor plan, a shared Drive folder — shown as big buttons on the crew link, with a choice of who sees each one.
- Reusable directoriesTeam, Equipment and Venues are saved once and reused in every project, so a new show is mostly picking from lists.
