EventSpin is a browser-based random draw tool for live events — raffles, prize giveaways, and audience picks. Monthly or yearly subscription, no install, no app store. The host opens a browser, attendees join from their own phone with a room code or QR scan, and the winner is revealed live on any projector screen.

• Optional contact collectionAttendees can share a phone number and email behind a GDPR consent checkbox, so you can reach winners about prize delivery — never shown to other attendees. Rewrite the consent wording yourself to match your own language or legal requirements, or turn contact collection off entirely with one switch.
• Join countdownSet a timer from a few seconds to several days and joining closes automatically when it hits zero — shown live on the Spotlight screen next to the QR code, and enforced by the server even if you close your laptop.
• Excel exportsDownload the winners list or every consented contact as a ready-to-open Excel file, including phone/email for winners who shared them.
• Raffle modeOptionally remove each winner from the pool after their round, so a new person wins every spin.
